Our parent organization, CSD, is a not–for–profit entity whose mission since its inception has been to enhance the quality of life for deaf and hard of hearing populations. For more than thirty years, our non–profit arm has partnered with state and federal agencies to deliver TTY Relay through our 28 call centers across the nation. Collectively, CSD processes nearly 30 million calls each year!
